Forum: Small Talk Téma: Chosen of Nature ------------------------ Ruwenzori: Chosen of Nature: Now we both shuffle our discard piles into our draw decks. Are there any experiences yet on how often this card is taken for deck building (must-have-card? somtimes-taken? never-ever?), and how much longer a game (to reach 5 crystals) would take then? There are some opinions and assumptions in the German section saying it would more than double the play time on average, and it would become a must-have-card. I personally strongly doubt this, but did not yet play it myself. Revenge: I wonder what is the consensus in the english-speaking forum regarding the Chosen of Nature? Are there also so many differences of opinion like in the german forum? Seribro: it is possible to greatly enhance the play time when either or both of the players include this card in their deck, but it doesnt always have to be that way. For example, if you are ahead of your opponent with two or three dragons, it might be wiser not to use the card. Or in some cases it might be best to use it early, if you have chosen to use as much of your strongest cards right at the start of the game. Also, many times it turns out that a certain deck is particulairly strong against the deck that its opponent uses or that either one of the combatants is simply a better player. If such is the case, you can try to stretch all you want, but a fourth dragon is a fourth dragon, no matter how many cards you have left. So yes, theoreticly you could stretch a game up to three times its normal time but in reality, many wont last that much longer at all ow, and please, forgive me my bad spelling and grammar
