Rulebook page 9 under Winning a Fight, 3rd point: 'Both players now remove all their cards from their combat and support areas and place them face up on their respective discard piles.' and 4th point: 'At the end of any fight, both players refresh their hands to six cards by drawing from their draw decks.'. Tittertweet is discarded under the 3rd point, and then Octak's ability is used under the 4th point, when its special power text is no longer ignored. Note that it does not matter who retreated. |
