There has been some discussion recently within the German language part here on whether the BlueMoon rules are available anywhere in machine-readable format (be it as a .TXT file or .PDF or whatever).
The requirement is posed to enable plans to have fans produce their own "mobile version" of the rules and FAQs printed on cards (i.e. you can then have the rules with you in a practical format whereever you are - in case there are any violent discussions during a game where people have their decks only - without the official rule booklet at hand).
