@Kilrah:

The answer to the question Ruwi threw in my direction is yes. (I think we all knew it was, but it was worth checking - and Sebastian also thinks its obvious - and I've added it to my Buka FAQ questions.) Just to be clear, you can use Buka 27 to load a card onto a landed ship. Of course you need the space for it ...

Thanks for answering, dearlove.
Gruss, trumpetfish

I think (please correct me if wrong) that you are asking, in effect, if loading a card onto a ship satisfies the requirement of Kabu Kat [Terrah 13].
If so, it's a good question. I believe I know the answer, but want to read the wordings. (It's always better to answer carefully, even if slowly.)

will the Bluff Cards be doubled?
Uhhh i hope you catch whats the question, the sentens is

Yes, in fact it's about Kabu Kat and loading a card onto a ship.
Another question is if the bluff-cards count to the 6-cards-limit reguarding Pen-dor-Nith and the B/P card who requires 6 cards to be played free.
Greetings, trumpetfish

Aha! I can answer that one straight away. They count as cards. The exclusion against the double dragon attraction is only for that, as it's worded. And one of the reasons I can answer that straight away is that we discussed this one, and the reason for excluding them from attracting dragons (which will be left as an exercise for the interested - there is a logical reason, not just limiting the Buka's strength) doesn't apply there.
