Including both an overview, and many detailed questions (all, in fact that I and several other people have come up with). Some of the speculation which was not quite exact should be cleared up by it.
When do you get the cards to use it? Well, as I indicate, the most up to date information I have suggests November, but I have no inside track on that. (I do however have a Buka deck - a real one, not just a playtest one - so I can guarantee that they are coming.)
One opportunity for corrections (I always hope not, but not always successfully) before a break in Essen.

One last question, hoping you will catch it here ( I also posted it in the sea-devil thread) and be able to answer before going to Essen:
Does an active Brain Drain prevent me from loading cards during the leadership phase on a ship (the ship's special function to do so given). Pandemonium does (as stated otherwise), so Brain Drain should also?

Thx, I did not check the new faq-list before asking. For those who don't want to, either: Sea-Devil is affected by Brain-Drain, as it is by Pandemonium.

Ok, here is one change I found, for those who don't want to read the entire faq:
Brain Drain prevents you from loading cards on a ship during your booster/ support phase but not during your leadership-phase using the special function of sea devil. The same goes for Pandemonium.
Nochmal auf Deutsch: Gegen den Gedankenblocker darf ich Seeteufel spielen und die SF nutzen, also bis zu 3 Karten auf mein Schiff laden. Danach muß ich mich freilich zurückziehen, weil ich eine (1) Karte, nämlich das Schiff gespielt habe. Auch gegen Höllenlärm darf ich in der AA-Phase per SF das Schiff laden, bloß in der U-Phase darf ich nicht laden.

There is a Changes section at the top which may also help. In this case you'll need both lists in it.

The HTML version has got a bit stalled, I need to unstall it. At the moment it exists, unpublished, but there are a few bugs to iron out. That should then provide the opportunity you want. (Of course my current form of change comment will also need to change, but that's the least of the issues.)
Diff is good too though, it's what I use (a version thereof).
